Ride requests are subject to driver acceptance, service availability, traffic conditions, and operational limitations. Estimated arrival times are provided for convenience only and may vary.
Pricing & Payments
Ride fares are calculated using factors such as distance, travel time, traffic conditions, applicable taxes, tolls, and dynamic pricing where applicable. Payments may be completed using the payment methods available within the application. By confirming a booking, you authorize Taxi to charge the selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
Passengers may cancel a ride according to the cancellation policy displayed within the application. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the driver's progress toward the pickup location. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another approved refund method.
Safety
User safety is our priority. Passengers and drivers are encouraged to follow all safety guidelines while using the platform. In the event of an emergency, users should immediately contact local emergency services before contacting Taxi Support.
Ratings & Reviews
After each completed trip, passengers and drivers may submit ratings and feedback. Ratings help improve the quality of our services. We reserve the right to investigate inappropriate or abusive reviews.
Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, Taxi may offer promotional codes, discounts, referral rewards, or other special offers. Promotions are subject to separate terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
